Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry or apparel in its original Nebü Gold presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
